In this area, there are 3 measures that the company has implemented to improve the conditions of its employees and reduce the environmental impact.

1. Improved access for people with reduced mobility, incorporating ramps and stair lifts at the entrances to the offices and the factory.
2. Change in office and factory lighting, incorporation of LED technology that reduces consumption and improves the quality of work.
3. Improvement in consumption efficiency and reduction of emissions, replacing the supply of diesel oil with Natural Gas as a power source for the burners of the factory’s thermal oil boilers.
